Meet Michelle
“I believe deep down, we all have an innate desire to learn, grow, develop, and heal.”
“I believe deep down, we all have an innate desire to learn, grow, develop, and heal.”
Hi, I’m Michelle Collura (Valdner). I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, yoga instructor, nature lover, fitness enthusiast — and most importantly, a fellow human on this journey of life.
I work with individuals seeking relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and the quiet heaviness that can make life feel harder than it needs to be. Anxiety can show up in many ways — tension in the body, constant worry, irritability, racing thoughts, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply knowing something feels “off” but not having the words to explain it. You may not know exactly what you’re feeling — only that you want to feel calmer, more grounded, more like yourself again.
Life is demanding, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
I see my role not as someone who “fixes” you, but as a guide and teammate — someone who walks alongside you as you learn to understand yourself more deeply and move through life with more clarity and self-trust. I support individuals navigating:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Relationship challenges
Life transitions and change
Healing from past experiences and trauma
Self-worth, self-trust, and self-compassion
Identity exploration and self-discovery
Feeling stuck or disconnected
Personal growth and meaningful goals
I believe deeply in the healing power of authentic connection, safety, and being truly seen. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and real. I’m warm, honest, and compassionate — and I believe growth happens when we feel supported, not pressured.
I’m less about surface-level conversations and more about meaningful work that helps you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Together, we create space for self-understanding, emotional grounding, and a deeper sense of inner stability — so you can live in a way that feels more aligned, peaceful, and true to who you are.
My education and specialized training has helped prepare me to do this work. Here’s a look at where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to.
